Location is superb at the Gran Via. Within walking distance to all the wonderful restaurants, Mercado San Miguel, and Plaza Mayor. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices, particularly as I’m gluten free. Very clean hotel. Beds are SOO comfortable.

It’s a lovely hotel, comfortable beds,very clean & well cared for. The staff were friendly & helpful, there’s a varied & very good buffet breakfast & delicious coffee. A very nice lobby/bar. Location seems pretty central.

A lovely characterful hotel in a very central location near shopping, transportation and entertainment options. It is great value and whilst the rooms werent very spacious, everything was there from a very comfortable bed, a nespresso machine, bathroom with all the facilities and a large TV.

This is a very stylish boutique hotel. Art A+. The room looked great. Was small, but we didn't need anything that wasn't there. The mattress and selection of pillows were supportive and comfortable -- very good quality. The bathroom was great. Excellent shower, lovely tile, thoughtful toiletries included (example, we shaved on our first day and the maid left an additional shave kit for the second). Staff friendly and helpful. Loved complimentary glass water bottles.

Breakfast was very good and included a lot of options. Service during breakfast (and everywhere else as well in this hotel) was excellent even during the busiest time. Our room was cleaned every day and the hotel was overall very clean and tidy, which we appreciated very much.

Super location on the Gran Via with easy access to the metro and sights. The staff were really helpful and will sort out taxis etc. I recommend getting a taxi to the hotel (€33-€38) for ease of transprort plus getting a metro travel card with a number of joirneys as the Gran Via and Bank of Spain stations close to the hotel. Breakfasts are excellent and the hotel bar/lounge is a good place to chill after sightseeing. Everything you want in a boutique hotel.

Five years ago, we stayed at the H10 Villa de la Reina. So we were familiar with it. This trip the hotel was as good as it was five years earlier. We liked the hotel lobby. It is beautiful. We liked the staff: friendly, happy, and always willing to help. We liked the location, in the centre of Madrid close to the action. We liked our room in the front of the hotel with a view of the Vella de la Reina.

This Boutique Hotel was such a pleasant surprise for our short Madrid stay- From checking in to checking out, absolute 5 Stars all the way. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Their breakfast was quite good, with many tasty choices. Their bar made the best drinks we had on our trip! Friendly and over the top helpful staff, and walking distance location to every major sight! Highly recommend it.
